Our History
Founding of Sanctuary For The Broken Hearted International Ministry: On a divine day, the 13th of July 2004, a profound vision took shape. Driven by a deep conviction and after earnestly seeking the face of the Lord through fasting and prayers, Dr. Margaret Mayaki birthed the Sanctuary For The Broken Hearted International Ministry. It was not just an organization; it was a sacred calling, a mission entrusted by a higher power to bring healing and solace to the wounded souls of the world.
Expansion to the United Kingdom: The ministry found its roots and began to flourish. On the 17th of December 2006, the ministry took a significant step and extended its arms across borders. The church arm of this remarkable ministry was inaugurated in the heart of London. What started as a small seed of faith had now grown into an international presence, spanning both Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
A Divine Commission: This ministry was not merely a human endeavor; it was divinely commissioned by the Holy Spirit. Dr. Margaret Mayaki became a vessel, chosen to heal both body and spirit. God's voice resonated through this ministry, speaking prophetically to leaders of nations and the Body of Christ alike.
